At a theme park in Zhuhai, something unusual happened this week. More than three hundred robots started work as full-time staff. They greet visitors, dance on stage, answer questions about sea animals and even play rock-paper-scissors with children. This is the world’s first theme park where embodied robots are used on such a large scale every day.
The park is Chimelong Spaceship, the largest indoor theme park in the world. It was built by the travel company Chimelong together with AGIBOT, a Chinese robot maker. The robots cover seven kinds of work, from performances and guided tours to hotel service and science lessons. In total, there are more than one hundred places in the park where visitors can meet them.
One robot at the opening ceremony was special. It was the twenty-thousandth robot that AGIBOT has made. The company handed it to Chimelong as a new employee. The two companies also signed a ten-year agreement to work together, and opened a research centre to study how robots can be used in tourism.
Robots in parks are not new. Many parks use a few machines to sing or dance for a short show. The difference here is that these robots work every day and have to deal with real crowds. They must understand what a visitor says, move safely among people, and stay useful when the first excitement is gone. That is a much harder test than a stage performance.
Some people ask whether visitors will keep paying to see robots after the novelty fades. The park’s answer is that robots should do simple, repeated jobs so that human workers can do more valuable things. Whether this idea works will be decided by the visitors themselves, one ticket at a time.

They must understand what a visitor says, move safely among people, and stay useful when the first excitement is gone.
主干:They must understand …, move …, and stay useful. what a visitor says 是宾语从句,作 understand 的宾语。when the first excitement is gone 是时间状语从句,修饰 stay useful。 语法点:宾语从句用 what 而不用 that,因为 what 本身在从句中作 says 的宾语,相当于 the things that。
Whether this idea works will be decided by the visitors themselves, one ticket at a time. 主干:Whether this idea works will be decided by the visitors. 结构:Whether this idea works 是主语从句,整体作句子的主语,谓语是被动语态 will be decided by。one ticket at a time

请判断 True / False / Not Given。
According to paragraph 3, what number was the robot delivered at the opening ceremony?
- 选词填空(从 crowd、novelty、agreement、scale 中选):The two companies signed a ten-year ____, but the robots still have to work in front of a real ____ every day.
- True。 This is the world’s first theme park where embodied robots are used on such a large scale every day 与题干一致。
- 20,000 (the twenty-thousandth)。 It was the twenty-thousandth robot that AGIBOT has made 直接给出答案。 The company handed it to Chimelong as a new employee
- agreement;crowd。第一空对应第三段 signed a ten-year agreement;第二空对应第四段 have to deal with real crowds。
